1. The leaked document and Greed is good. This should be a PRIORITY.
2. The Captains Quarters and the old ship hangar. I'd rather have the old ship hangar then disembark into Captains Quarters if the game play out in space is slow or I feel like chilling out a bit. If you're not going to give us back our ship hangar, let us keep the option to disable CQ. Multiclient boxing is nigh on impossible when using CQ and you're making more money with people having multiple accounts, screwing them by keeping CQ as mandatory seems a little blind to me. Also, make the characters walk a little faster, I know my legs might be a bit atrophied from sitting in an egg full of goo but my deceased Grandma walked faster.
3. The NEX. The prices are ridiculous and you have come off as completely insane. I tried out the NEX on Sisi and I thought it was okay, I didn't really like the style of the items (too Gestapoish for me) but I was open minded. If the items in the NEX added anything to the gameplay aside from narcissistic fluff then their price might be justified. But a few pixels over your eye for $60? No.
This whole patch is a complete insult to EVE as a game. Honestly, I have never been as disappointed in CCP as I am now. Some of the dev responses to people's qualms over the patch have been downright unprofessional and childish.
Step it up. I don't want some fluff filled apology where you defend your "vision" of EVE and try to sugar-coat some other microtransaction, give us facts and give it to us straight. What is EVE's real vision? Because if it's World of Darkness BETA in Space with Gold-Pixel-Eye then I'd rather not be a part of it.

Also, using some ancient PR dev is not the way to go. Sure, you think you're going to get flamed and you want to use her as a meatshield.
Grow some balls, where is is Hilmar? Where is Soundwave? Zinfindel? Like she said she's just the mouth piece. We want it from the TOP, not some dev you fished out from the bottom of the barrel.

If you're going to make a devblog to respond to all our well deserved complaints I'd rather have you make a video. CCP has shown it's no stranger to cameras and to Youtube. We all saw the somewhat terrible attempts at humourous videos at Fanfest.
Put Hilmar in front of a camera and have him read a statement, make a Powerpoint or something, but I want to look into your EYES and see whether you are telling the truth. Because honestly, your words mean pretty much nothing to me anymore.

Have CCP made any formal response yet besides CCP "Meatshield" Pan and CCP Manifest's slightly glib comments?
This was at 45 pages when I went to sleep, heh.

Surprise, surprise. A devblog full of self serving vapid trash about your new "gorgeous" product. A devblog that took you TWO days to write when the community is in UPROAR, with nearly 200 pages of responses to your frankly weak request for calm and poor communications.
This devblog gives us nothing, you have not addressed our "concerns" at all. You've just glossed over them. Gone oh well "LOL GUISE, INTERNAL NEWSLETTER, MY BAD". It's really confusing to me that you would have to put all that into a newsletter in the first place. If it's not representative of company opinion, why is it printed in the company newsletter? Why not have a meeting where there's less chance of your slimy money grabbing plans slipping into the wrong hands? I guess I'm old fashioned.
What about the direction of AURUM? And the direction of EVE in terms of Microtransactions? You never even mentioned the one thing that is driving the EVE community to it's biggest showing of collective rage since I started playing. What about CQ? Are you sorting out performance issues? Is it staying optional? The questions are all endless and unanswered, you should see, there are 200 pages of them.
As per your assumption that we're all soooo angry about the price of the clothing, you're clearly blind. The monocle has become a symbol of ridicule. Clearly, you know this and you know that the prices are ridiculous. Have you EVER bought a $1000 pair of jeans? I know for a fact that I never have. I'm not vapid enough to put my entire self confidence into a piece of material stitched by people earning 20 cents an hour. And that's REAL clothing, this is PIXELS.
It's really insulting to your customers for you to consider us only interested in your hyped up pixel Barbie closet if it has the extortionate price tag it has at the moment. I like to consider EVE players to be quite savvy and I can tell from the reactions of so many people unsubbing that we have had enough.
Your company is completely blind and it will be your downfall. This devblog could have saved you but it's another steaming turd of lies, delusion and insult.
